茶起源于中國,發(fā)展于中國,神農(nóng)嘗百草,日遇七十二毒,得荼而解之。這里的荼,就是現(xiàn)在的茶。茶是世界上三大沒有酒精的飲料之一,中國的茶多種多樣,可分為6大茶類,其中遠(yuǎn)銷英國祁門紅茶就是6大茶類里的一種,茶的品種有2000多種,每個品種都有自己的特點,比如西湖龍井讓你感受春天的氣息,有淡淡的蘭花香。祁門紅茶口感馥郁,香味獨特,有王子茶美譽(yù)。黃山毛峰長在云霧繚繞的天下名山,安徽黃山上面,黃山怪石嶙峋,氣候濕潤,蘭花與茶樹環(huán)繞,所以黃山毛峰有馥郁的蘭花香,飲后回甘香甜,滋味幽長。
二、俄羅斯茶葉產(chǎn)區(qū)?
俄羅斯克拉斯諾達(dá)爾邊疆區(qū),這里是俄羅斯唯一的茶葉工業(yè)化產(chǎn)區(qū),也是世界上產(chǎn)地最北的茶。
上世紀(jì)初,經(jīng)過當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民的育種,茶樹適應(yīng)了俄羅斯南疆的低溫,成功產(chǎn)出茶葉。不過,由于當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚝洌铇浒l(fā)芽相對較少,這一茶葉具有獨特的甘甜口感和深琥珀色的茶汁。
事實上,中國與俄羅斯的茶葉貿(mào)易可以追溯到16世紀(jì),從那時開始,俄羅斯商人就跨越萬里來到中國,用俄羅斯產(chǎn)的布、皮革、裘皮、金屬等換取茶葉,形成了類似“絲綢之路”的商貿(mào)古道--“茶葉之路”。
眾所周知,中國是茶的故鄉(xiāng),卻鮮有人了解在俄羅斯,茶也是最受歡迎的飲料。在G20大阪峰會晚宴上,俄羅斯總統(tǒng)普京輕輕捧起一只保溫杯抿上幾口甜茶的形象意外走紅網(wǎng)絡(luò),讓人們不禁對俄羅斯的飲茶習(xí)慣產(chǎn)生了好奇心。
人們常說,西方人開放,精力旺盛,崇尚自由與活力,性格就像酒一樣。而東方人冷靜、穩(wěn)重、理智、堅韌,性格似茶。生活在歐亞大陸文明交匯處的俄羅斯人,性格中既有烈酒般的豪爽與硬朗,亦有香茗的清澈與香甜。
俄羅斯人不可一日無茶。古諺有云:不求伏特加,而求喝茶。著名作家列夫·托爾斯泰也曾說過:“我需要喝很多茶,因為沒有它我就無法工作。茶會喚醒縈繞在我靈魂深處的靈感。”
在元代,隨著蒙古人的遠(yuǎn)征,中國的茶文化隨之遠(yuǎn)播。但是之于俄羅斯人,第一次接觸到茶,卻是明朝時候的事情。史料記載,明朝穆宗年間(1567年),兩名哥薩克首領(lǐng)彼得羅夫和亞雷舍夫來到中國,第一次喝到茶水。回國后,他們向當(dāng)時的沙皇和貴族描述了這種來自遙遠(yuǎn)東方的神奇飲品。不過可能未有切身體會,這段描繪并未引起沙皇的興趣。
直到1638年,俄國宮廷才第一次真正接觸到茶。當(dāng)時,受沙皇之命,俄國使者斯特拉科夫前往蒙古拜見可汗,并帶去了珍貴的紫貂皮當(dāng)作覲見禮品,作為回禮,可汗回贈了4普特(約64公斤)的磚茶。使者帶回圣彼得堡后,沙皇命人砌成茶水請貴族品嘗,眾人飲后紛紛稱贊清香撲鼻,自此,俄人開啟了飲茶的歷史。
只不過和現(xiàn)在“飛入尋常百姓家”不同,當(dāng)時茶葉在俄羅斯是典型的進(jìn)口奢侈品,只有貴族和富人才能喝到。也正因要滿足貴族階層的需求,俄、清之間的茶葉貿(mào)易由此展開。
乾隆年間,茶葉開始大量輸入俄國,俄國的茶葉市場也從莫斯科擴(kuò)大至外省,到19世紀(jì),飲茶之風(fēng)在俄國各階層盛行,茶開始成為大眾飲品。
而隨著茶的普及,茶迅速“俄羅斯化”。和中國人泡一杯香茗解渴提神、或沉心思考不同,俄羅斯已經(jīng)把茶融入日常的飲食當(dāng)中。他們不僅分喝上午茶和下午茶,有時直接以茶取代三餐中的一餐,或是三餐之外的加餐。俄羅斯人最鐘情的茶類是紅茶等釅茶,同英語一樣,俄語對紅茶的字面翻譯也是“黑茶”之意,大概就是取其色澤和濃度以命名。
俄羅斯人偏愛甜茶,在飲紅茶時,通常會加砂糖、蜂蜜、檸檬片,有時也會添加香草,果醬或牛奶。此外,還常常佐以大盤小碟的蛋糕、餅干、面包和奶渣餅等“茶點”。在鄉(xiāng)間,“黑面包+甜茶”經(jīng)常被用作待客的標(biāo)配,這種吃法有時也被用來判斷食客是否是地道的俄羅斯人。
